While I was getting my nails done, my boyfriend was waiting in the house and we both saw a roach. It was honestly disgusting and made us really uncomfortable. Seeing bugs inside someone’s home, especially where services are being done, is not okay. It completely ruined the experience and made us not want to come back. Cleanliness definitely needs to be taken more seriously.
