Barb, went above and beyond her duties to make sure everything was aligned so the emergency surgery was a smooth as possible. It is so refreshing to have individuals and teams that can work together to make a stressful situation much better. Dr. Pollack was also awesome with the surgical procedure and corrected everything finally at one time!Thank You, Thank You
I have been a patient here for about 40 years! If I was not 100% satisfied I certainly would not keep returning. Dr Civantos is a wonderful dr, caring and very nice. The staff are all helpful and understanding.
One thing for sure that I like is, when you make an appointment for 10 AM (for example), you are called in on time. Everything that is to be done is explained, and Dr. Pollack is very good. He has been treating my retina problem for the past four months and I've had very good results. Other staff members are great to deal with as well. I definitely recommend Illinois Retina in Joliet for anyone who needs a Retina Specialist!
