I highly recommend Home Instead for elderly home care. We used their services for the last two months. Everyone was very professional to work with. All shifts were always covered as promised. Management was available at any time if we needed them. When a new care team member was introduced to my mother a supervisor would come to the home as well to facilitate the introduction. This company is very easy to work with. If you’re looking for a reliable service to assist your elderly family member you will be in good hands with Home Instead.
