Laid out my hearing loss very clearly, and said exactly what I could expect from every level of hearing aid they sell, along with some competitor brands. Pricing was competitive and explained thoroughly without feeling like a sales pitch. l Absolutely recommend going through HearingLife if you're looking for help with your hearing loss.

I like our new audiologist. He’s thorough, he takes the time to go through explaining what kinds of tests are being done and the results with you. He takes the time to listen to what you’re saying. Very caring and professional!

The audiologist was a kind looking gentleman who helped me. Unfortunately , he did not insert the dome on the filter causing the dome to lodge in my ear. I had to go to quick care to take it out. It took me two hours to wait and get that done. I’m writing so he is more careful with other patients.
