They were great! Jackie was super friendly and helpful. My glasses were chewed up by my dog, bite marks, string torn and the arms were torn. She repaired them and still while helping others.

The Eye Boutique in Joliet has an amazing staff that does a great job. To start with Jennifer is amazing, very knowledgeable and always kind she's been at this location for several years and it's always a pleasure to see her. Today I saw Liz to help me choose glasses and what would work for me she was very friendly and knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. I normally see Dr. Patel, whom is wonderful, but today I saw Dr. Poretta for the first time and she was wonderful as well. From the friendly greetings the moment you walk in, to the thorough service each step of the Eyewear selection process, you can't find a better spot! I've used this facility for my professional safety eye needs as well as my family's personal needs and could not be more satisfied!
