I had a great experience with Dr. Fix in Joliet. I brought in my iPhone 14 Pro Max after a DIY repair went wrong, and they were honest, professional, and got everything working again. They replaced the front display and repaired the back, and the phone looks and works great. The turnaround was quick, the price was fair, and they took great care of my device. I highly recommend Dr. Fix if you need reliable phone repairs. Thank you again! Very cool and down to earth as well!! I’d recommend to anyone .
I visited this store in search of a screen protector for my new iPhone, as I had purchased one earlier. The store clerk was exceptionally helpful and courteous. The associate who assisted me truly deserves recognition; I highly recommend that the manager consider giving him a raise. This store definitely deserves this… read full review
