“This was my first time visiting this location for Premier Dermatology. They have always been prompt and on-time in Naperville for previous appointments, so I expected the same in Crest Hill. Upon arrival 10 minutes before my appointment, I checked in and waited 40 minutes, watching the waiting room turn over twice and I was still waiting. When I went to ask if I had been missed, the response I got was ‘there are 6 doctors here!’, instead of a more appropriate ‘I’m sorry, let me check’. After realizing how long I had been waiting, she checked and came back to tell me I was next and the doctor was running 30 minutes behind. Why didn’t she just tell me that when I arrived so I knew that I had a long wait ahead. It was another 15 minutes before I was called in. My time is also valuable. Disappointing!“
