DC Renovations is a business that has received mixed reviews. The majority of customers were very pleased with the quality of work, particularly the attention to detail and excellent craftsmanship provided by Ajay. However, some customers have faced challenges in getting the business to return and address minor touch-ups and repairs, even after repeated attempts to contact the owner, Dan. While the overall work is highly recommended, it is advisable to withhold the final payment until all necessary touch-ups and repairs are fully completed to the customer's satisfaction.
Overall we were vey pleased with the work that was done remodeling both of our bathrooms. They look great. Ajay in particular was very detailed oriented and did great work. But I have been trying for 3 months to get them back here to do the touch-ups and repairs. I was told twice they would come the following week, but it never happened. I've tried contacting Dan 3 times just the past month and have had no response. I highly recommend not making the full final payment until the last of the touch-ups and repairs are finished.
Dan and his team are phenomenal. My husband found Dan when we needed our basement finished after water damage. They were able to finish the basement in a crazy short amount of time. We have gotten SO MANY compliments about our basement since it has been finished. People can’t even believe it is the same space. We hired Dan and his team again to help build a new front porch. Just like the basement, they did a fantastic job. We love the material and have gotten many compliments on how it looks.
