Honestly, the place is great. There were no issues with my items, although the turnaround time for glasses is slow. However, my main complaint is about the customer service. The person answering the phones needs some training and etiquette on how to answer the phone. Every call is different, and it’s not a one-size-fits-all situation. Instead of rushing someone off the phone, they should listen and understand the caller’s needs.

Went there to get new glasses and it didn't disappoint, the glasses I got even tho we're covered by my insurance were really good quality and the people there were super nice! Will continue to keep coming here for my next check ups!

OMG! What a great team they have here. Been coming for the last 4 years. An the experience from the front desk with Yolonda to the doctor. All type of frames I feel like a kid in the candy store. A great place if your trying to get a eye exam and a pair of glasses.
