The one or two times I have had to call have been outstanding. They really help their customers to make sure they are getting quality prints. The turn around is so quick and very responsive to emails. Highly suggest giving them a try, you won’t be disappointed.

I had been dealing with AXO transfers for over a year only on dtf transfers but I ran into a situation where I needed a banner done in a day and it was on a Friday. With them being closed on Saturday they got it done FAST. If they can, they’ll go over and beyond for their customers. I’m a witness!!
Excellent customer service! I created my own PNG for first time and when I picked up my “test” transfer to see if I did it correctly, I found something I didn’t like on my design and asked them how I could fix. They gave me very helpful tips and explained everything so well and said if I needed more help to give them a call. (And it worked!) I’ve only used 2x so far, but very quick turnaround both times. I like the option to pickup from locker if I can’t get there during business hours.
