Ascension St. Joseph Joliet's Birthing Center provides exceptional care and compassion to its patients. The medical staff, including Echo Tech Theresa and RN Glenda, are praised for their gentle, caring, and professional demeanor. Patients appreciate the compassionate care and respect shown by all staff members and nurses, including Elizabeth, who provided kind and attentive care. The Cath Lab team is also commended for their wonderful and considerate service. While one employee at admissions was seen to be dismissive, the overall experience was overwhelmingly positive, with patients feeling grateful for the care they received and eager to return if needed.
I had an echo cardiogram done at St. Joseph Medical Center in Joliet on 08/28/2023 by Echo Tech Theresa. Theresa was awesome, she explained in a way what the test was all about and how it worked. You could tell she had gentle caring demeanor. She put you at ease with her confident job knowledge. She was professional, warm and compassionate with a sense of humor.I needed an IV placed in my hand.That is when I meant a most wonderful RN named Glenda. Again my total respect goes out to all who work in a medical facility. For each one puts them-self's and their family members at great risk of sickness and death from all the diseases they are around.. For all of you warriors I thank you so much. Respect!!!!!!!!!!
After being treated horribly at Silver Cross and leaving after being told it's a 19 hour wait there I came here and was treated with compassion and respect by all staff members and nurses. I will, without a doubt, be coming here instead if I ever need emergency care. Thank you Elizabeth for the kind and attentive care.
Was in Cath Lab this week for a procedure. All of the staff in area and in lab were wonderful. Very caring and considerate. Could not have asked for anything more. I can see why my doctor uses this for his patients procedures. My only negative experience was with employee at admissions. She did not want to be at work and was dismissive towards my wife and I.
