All I am so pleased with the quality and customer service of America’s Backyard. They kept me in the loop from getting the estimate through installation. They had 2 crews install my vinyl fence Thursday evening and completed in 2 hours! I had received estimates during COVID and I felt the estimates were too high and the companies just wanted to take advantage and just get a lot of money. I cant say enough good things about my experience. The initial contact with the office was great, the estimator was professional and knowledgable, the price was fair, the scheduling and communication was fast and clear, and the workers absolutely busted their tail and did an excellent job. And their product (I got aluminum) is made in the USA! They even helped coordinate removal of some bushes when the install schedule moved up a few days. I emphatically recommend them for your job.
To start I’d like to say thank you for the amazing experience and fence! Chris is great! Literally the best salesman and customer service I’ve had compared to these other fence companies! I was referred to AB from my aunt who had their fence done years ago and highly recommended you guys. After dealing with the headaches of quotes from others and feeling uneasy about it, when I called AB I was just comfortable and happy with their conversation. So Chris thank you for everything! Now the ladies in the office deserve credit as well, they were very helpful and patient with me asking them questions and helping me with everything I need to do for my permit etc. amazing customer service. The crew that installed my fence were amazing! Great workers, quality and fast. What a transformation! Looks great and I highly recommend America’s backyard, you will not be disappointed! Great work, great prices! They even got me in sooner than originally planned. I have already sent your guys information to a few friends that will be contacting you soon with more work.
