When in the "customer service" business the rule is the customer is always right! Not here. We had an appointment between 9 am and 11 am. To schedule additional work to be done. Please note that the original work that was done, years prior was good. The person showed up at 7:30 am. Kate from the office said that our time was from 7:30 am. WRONG KATE! It was not. They consider our not taking this time as a refusal and would not honor our AGREED upon time. No apology was given! All Kate said in an email was that I found out he had a cancellation. Ok, so what he had a cancellation. Honor the appointment given. I will not use this Business again, I definitely would not recommend. The 2 rating is for this customer service experience.

Used them for installing Gemstone lighting (permanent lights in soffit) and the lights are unbelievable. No more xmas lights and I can light the house for any holiday.These guys are best company around for lightning.Service: Landscape installations
