Coulson’s is top notch! My furnace broke down on Sunday. I called them on Monday, and they came right over. By 4:00 Tuesday, I had a new unit, up and running. I’m very grateful for how fast they took care of everything. I highly recommend them!
We recently had to replace our blower motor on our hvac system, and Coulson’s was definitely the better priced option for us. Kelli(?) was AMAZING to talk to when it came to our specific needs. They had to order the part we needed, which she did the same day I called to ask about getting it, and when the part came in today she called me (like she said she would) and they got a tech out within minutes to replace the part. The gentleman that came out found out that our thermostat was what caused the issues we had and replaced that as well. Overall with labor and parts, we paid a better price than we would have with their competitors and had a very polite, professional experience. The main part took less than a week to come in from their supplier which is almost unheard of! So if you’re looking for someone who will keep their word, be polite, professional, and have better pricing than the competitors this is the company to hire!
