Bought a very nice small home from Brooks. The crew was particularly helpful in delivery and setting up the house. Couple very minor problems were fixed immediately. A little bit pricey but these are far superior to most modulars out there. If you are looking for a home in Southern IL, stop by Brooks before you make your final decision. Our experience with Brooks Village Green Homes was amazing from start to finish! From my first visit with Christian about home options, to Mike visiting our new property and discussing delivery and setup, all the way through the ups and downs of the construction process on our land with Angela, the team always worked hard toward our final goal of getting our family into our new home. Every question/concern was taken care of in a timely manner, and we felt like we were working with close friends. We highly recommend visiting and talking with them if you are considering a manufactured/modular home.
