I called today as a new patient with an emergency. Julie who answered the phone was incredibly nice and went above and beyond to get me seen. I then saw Dr. Thomas who was very thorough and super friendly. They got me in and out quickly as they knew I was on my lunch break. I had such a great experience and would definitely go back if needed. Thank you Julie and Dr. Thomas! You guys rock!!!

Nothing but positive things to say about Johnsburg Family Eye Care. Dr. Thomas is great, the staff is warm and friendly. Most importantly I always have received very through eye exams. Cannot go wrong going here.

The eye doctors are Excellent, been seeing Dr T for many years, however the lady with the blonde curly hair who answers the phone is the most rude, and unprofessional person I've ever met. I've had two encounters with her and her very poor customer service. I run a business, and she would have been fired a long time ago if it was my business.
