Mark was able to fix two of my guitars with unique issues (fretboard coming off the neck on one, wiring and fret issues on another) after being left in poor conditions for an extended period of time. After taking them to him they play like they are new instruments and I am very pleased with his work. The service is high quality and the prices he charged were more than fair, if I have issues with my instruments in the future I will almost definitely take them here again.

I brought in my Irish Bouzouki, which had a large crack, making it unplayable. I picked it up today, and am very happy with the repair.

It sounds every bit as good as before it was damaged. Visually, you have to look *very* closely to even see where it was cracked.

My expectations were exceeded. If I ever need another instrument repaired, I'd come back.

Mark had some hidden jems in his guitar vault and I was able to score a new old stock LTD DV8 Mustaine. He shipped the guitar in a timely fashion with plenty of communication, even followed up with me to make sure all was good. No price gouging either, highlly recommend!
