We had a very bad experience with this firm. They did not prioritize personal income taxes, kept putting us off and wouldn’t return our calls. It took more than 6 months for them to do our taxes .In 2024, the bill more than doubled from the year before and they refused to go over the taxes with us. This year, we switched to another accounting firm and they found a large mistake.
I would not recommend using this firm.
Messed up our taxes and barely acknowledged their mistake. Got snooty when I called them and asked them to help stop the threatening letters we were getting from the IRS due to their mistake. They did finally call and get them off our back, but a year later we still don't have our refund. They refuse to acknowledge that their screw up delayed our refund.
