I would echo the sentiment of a previous poster to beware. This experience was like a trip through Hazzard County and Boss Eoff was going to use him to get me to pay more. Upon inspection, there was a 3/4 nipple that was @2 inches long that needed replaced. I refused to pay this ridiculous quote but did concede $1000 after being told that the realtor would pay out of her commission for the balance to take care of their buyers. However, this promise never appeared on the settlement statement and I was the only one paying.🤔
