I wasn’t impressed with the Customer Service. I called this morning to inquire about a services and the lady that answered the phone was really unwilling to assist as she was coming up with reasons I should probably do it myself because it was gonna be so expensive and she hadn’t even told me the price. I asked her how much was it gonna be she just pulled a price of $40-$800 out of the air and I just hung up. It seemed like she just didn’t wanna do the work and I’m sure she’s not even the person doing it but if she’s the person in the front, she’s scaring customers away.

The representative they sent to us was very professional and knowledgeable. He was able to tell us where the problem was and was full of useful information.

We didn't have him spray this time, but we will definitely call Rid-All in the future if we need anything. Absolutely recommend!
