Leach and rumors have been our HVAC maintenance providers for over 20 years. Last year they replaced our air-conditioning units. Their work is precise, and they are very respectful of our home. The bonus is that their people are very congenial. And they are honest in their pricing.
I am very pleased with the service I received. I woke up on a Sunday morning with no heat. I called for help around 8:00 am and the service man was here to fix it by 9:00 and found the problem and was done by about 10:15.
When we built our new home 13 years ago, Leach Remmers installed a geothermal system with a back up gas furnace for us. We couldn’t be more pleased with the quality of their work, the consistent temperature throughout our home, and everyone who worked here was very professional and very easy to work with. Since that time we have them do maintenance and have had a few minor repairs. They have always been prompt sending their technicians out which have been very knowledgeable.
