Gabriel was a useless sack offered no help very rude and couldn’t be bothered …yall need to hire people that actually want a job and can offer help.
Ordered my kit two weeks ago for the second time,first one never showed up, so on my 2nd kit still hasn’t arrived….. does anyone there know what they are doing?

Really, really poor quality of everything. The phone staff are appalling and don't even understand what you're telling them and they don't care to try to understand or listen either This place deserves a zero stars

I saw so many 1-star reviews that I was surprised to find that everything went as smoothly as possible. I had to be sent an additional collection container as the first didn't get to me on a timely basis (not their error.) When I called with questions, everyone I spoke to was pleasant and helpful. The lab results were completed less than a week after they received the collected specimen. For me, it all was seamless and problem-free.
