If I could give this company ZERO stars, I would. The absolute LAZIEST company and grouping of workers I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I have requested my analysis kit 3 times AND my doctor's office has sent the order 3 times - I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED THIS KIT!! Every phone call is a run around with one of the rudest humans you've ever met and gets you nowhere. This is ridiculous!! I will be reporting this company to my insurance company because they've also sent ME a bill for the kits they haven't sent me!

Gabriel was a useless sack offered no help very rude and couldn’t be bothered …yall need to hire people that actually want a job and can offer help.
Ordered my kit two weeks ago for the second time,first one never showed up, so on my 2nd kit still hasn’t arrived….. does anyone there know what they are doing?

Really, really poor quality of everything. The phone staff are appalling and don't even understand what you're telling them and they don't care to try to understand or listen either This place deserves a zero stars
