The customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. They are extremely rude. Instructions are horrible. Someone contacted me after I shipped and said I did it incorrectly. What a horrible company. Every one is short and rude I suspect that this is a horrible place to work.
If I could give this company ZERO stars, I would. The absolute LAZIEST company and grouping of workers I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I have requested my analysis kit 3 times AND my doctor's office has sent the order 3 times - I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED THIS KIT!! Every phone call is a run around with one of the rudest humans you've ever met and gets you nowhere. This is ridiculous!! I will be reporting this company to my insurance company because they've also sent ME a bill for the kits they haven't sent me!
