We had a broken spring and needed some new weather stripping on our garage door. We called Friday afternoon and were able to get on the schedule first thing Monday morning. Bri was super knowledgeable and friendly. She took time to explain what needed to be done and gave us a heads up on things that might need maintenance in the near future. Reasonably priced and great communication, we would use them again for sure!
Brett and Tom were excellent. They arrived on time, resolved my issue, and completed the work quickly. Pricing was reasonable as well. They explained the issue and the solutions clearly and respectfully.
Our garage door spring broke on a Sunday. Called OGD first thing Monday morning and a tech was at our house within 30 mins. Bob B. was awesome! It was very clear that he does this for a living...super fast, very clean and a cool personality to boot. We'll definitely use OGD (and request Bob) if anything goes wrong with our garage door again.
