“Uncle Rob” came out on a Saturday afternoon (after I fired my old plumber for trying to pull one over on me) for an emergency sewer rodding. His bid was way less than the bigger companies, and he was completely transparent about what he was doing, and even let me look over his shoulder the whole time and answer my dumb questions. Incredibly thorough and made it look easy. I will absolutely be setting up a maintenance contract with Aqua Doctor. Supporting small family businesses is everything, especially when they do good work for a good price.
