Damaged brand new car (4k miles) in transport and they are not responding to any communication regarding claim. They refused to let the car off the tow truck for me to inspect it properly before I signed paperwork and paid (dmg was on the roof). I'm disabled and unable to climb up on a tow truck to properly inspect.

It's a small claim so I was hoping they would do the right thing but doesn't appear so. Will have to look into what other options I may have. I'm fairly confident expecting a disabled person to climb a tow truck isn't going to be considered reasonable. Nor is forcing someone to pay and sign before being able to properly inspect.

DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY! T Transportation has been a headache until the delivery of my vehicle. A lot of lies and excuses were given to me regarding the delayed delivery of my vehicle from Nevada to Florida. The sheriff had to be involved in the delivery. I added $150 for this transaction with Montway, and in the end, I had to pay an additional car rental in Florida because of the delays. T Transportation will lure you with their estimated delivery dates. It’s the kind of greedy business that T Transportation does. KARMA will get to them soon!
