You can tell Lauren cares about your comfort and she goes above and beyond to make you comfortable -topical numbing cream, ice packs, buzzy to distract, juice… I literally look forward to my injection appointments with her as I still feel like I’m going to the spa. Ha! But really- my pain is MINIMAL with Lauren, like 4/10 max for a dental block for filler and for Botox. Things I put off years due to fear of pain! Now I don’t even get anxious about going.Lauren also does a great job educating and takes her time with you. And, she follows up, checks in.. even called me back and talked to me for 30 minutes on her day off. I’m not sure what I’m going to do if Lauren ever leaves JEM. She’s amazing, truly.The front desk team is great too- Corey, Katelyn, Annie... I'm missing a few as I forget their names but they've all been wonderful.“
