I really appreciated Mike’s attention to detail while looking over a home I had put an offer in on. It looked great from the outside and the inside as it was presented to us. I called Mike to come inspect the home and he got right to work, and talked through all his thoughts and reasonings. He has an incredible breadth of knowledge on all sorts of codes from plumbing to electrical. He ended up finding and highlighting a lot of serious concerns with the house, issues that had we bought the house would’ve totaled approximately $30,000 of maintenance/upkeep.
