Mike who did my inspection was excellent. He was professional and answered all my questions and more. Mike would be on the top of my list if I ever need an inspector. He took his time and was very thorough and explained everything to me.
Michael was incredibly thorough, giving us a 135 page report of the home we are buying. The inspection was 3.5 hours long and we can see all of his hard work in the comprehensive document we received from him. We will be able to use it in order to address some of the issues found as we live there. He takes photos and videos of the trouble spots in the home. He was friendly and personable too.
