10/10 recommend! Receptionists, doctors, and hygienists are all very nice and lovely to be around. I had hygienists Lauren for the first time and she was great! She educates you and is very gentle. The receptionists are awesome and very welcoming. So far I have had a great experience with Smiles By Farr.
This practice is one of the best I've ever been to. I left another practice frustrated and taken advantage of, and I walked in here just before close and was met with the most smiles and kindness I've encountered in a business by Farr. And the customer service didn't stop at the door. They cut my cost in half of what another place quoted and they took time to get to know me and helped me immediately. I felt seen and cared for. Thank you to each of the stellar people on this team.
Dr. Abbas and staff were very knowledgeable and caring. Throughout my procedure he kept checking to make sure I was doing ok. The hygienists took their time to explain the treatment and were super friendly. Michelle at front was very helpful, courteous, and professional. Definitely recommend.
