Mike and Mark took care of our family SUV. Mike gave suggestions about what the car needed. All the maintenance was done efficiently. I felt respected and taken care of by the Huntley location. I will be going back for synthetic oil changes in the future.

Have taken my car here multiple times and have only had good experiences, which when dealing with cars is rare for me. Nice new building and waiting area. And always able to grab food from somewhere nearby while I wait.

I recently started visiting this Jiffy Lube instead of the South Elgin location, mostly due to convenience but also due to a poor experience at the South Elgin location. On every visit I'm greeted warmly by a welcoming staff, this team is great. You can see they work well together too, like a well-oiled machine. The waiting space is very clean and well maintained, including the bathroom. Complimentary coffee/cocoa is provided, self-service.On my most recent visit, I noticed an issue after service, and when I mentioned this to the management team via email, they called me promptly to make things right.
