The place put up plastic partitions between customer & tech. I totally get tha t with Covid. It is hard to understand alot of techs, this makes it harder. I also feel they can hide dust etc. Because I didn't get a real clean vibe at all. The plug in nail file- she did NOT put a clean one on. My nails turned out really bad. I asked for a thinner nail compared to chunky ones I've gotten other places. I do not have a good nail to start. She seemed insulted and made them so thin they didn't last 2 weeks.

I went here because the usual nail salon I go to was closed down for renovations! But I am SO GLAD I went here! The service was more extensive than what I receive at my usual nail place. I only get a pedicure but I usually get the best one they have since my job requires no nail polish on hands (OR nurse) they literally gave me a massage on my feet and a shoulder/ arms/ hands massage was also included in pedicure package! And she used the timer so my “20min” foot massage and “20min arm/ hands” massage was literally the full 20 mins! And she was so strong it was literally the best pedicure I’ve ever had! Hollywood nails and spa is a great place to experience their services. I live in chicago but I have a party of my friends near this place and my friend recommend me. Their service is really good and the price is very suitable for my pocket. This is the set of nails they made for me it is really cute. My nails are really small I'm afraid they can't do it.
