There was a mix up with my appointment & they were unable to honor it in the window I needed. Instead of just rescheduling the manager called me personally to apologize . Things happen, but it’s where they go from there that matters. Would 200% recommend
Lana was absolutely amazing, she paid so much attention to detail on both my pedi and manicure. She was not in a rush like some nail techs and really listened to what I wanted in color. Safe to say I found my new nail tech! :)
I had best most wonderful experience at Hollywood Nails & Spa! The salon is clean and sanitary. The service was top-notch! I highly recommend this place. I was treated with the utmost respect and they even gave extra consideration for my very ticklish feet. You definitely get what you pay for here. I look forward to my next visit.
