Just last week I had D & D out to install 2 new AC systems. Everything went perfectly, the new systems work great! All the guys were courteous and left all the work areas spotless. I can't recommend D&D enough. I have been using them for several years now and every time I have been very pleased with the results. They are extremely fair and honest.
We had such a great experience with everyone at D&D! From our first phone call, the man we spoke with was so friendly and helpful, and they got us in for a tune up right away. The HVAC guys called 10 mins before the appointment time to give a heads up, and showed up at 8 on the dot. Both were super friendly again, wore boot covers in our home, and did a courtesy check of our heaters filter. They were efficient and explained everything well, I didn’t feel like I was going to be upsold or scammed at all. I called and spoke with Dan over the phone about an issue I was having. He made a suggestion for me to try before they come out to save me a service charge, and the suggestion worked. I greatly appreciated him giving me a suggestion over taking an easy service call when he definitely didn’t have to do it. Will definitely use them in the future for any needs!
