I have been doing pelvic floor strengthening prior to prostate surgery. I’m working with Jodi at 1st Choice. She is an excellent PT and I’m already seeing improvement just a few sessions in to the process. She takes a comprehensive and caring approach. I highly recommend both 1st Choice and Jodi as an excellent facility and therapist!

After hip surgery, I had the opportunity to work with both Linda and Jody. Each provided high-quality, intense and thorough physical therapy to help me through my recovery. While at your facility, I experienced a bit of vertigo and thankfully Linda was able to help me through that. One issue that I encountered was looking at your carpeting while experiencing vertigo. In my opinion, it really needs to be changed other than that, I highly recommend the office.
First Choice is the perfect name; that's what they are hands down. The entire staff is caring and goes above and beyond as the normal practice. They assess your capabilities and create a plan. The plan is constantly updated with your improvement.
I love that while all are knowledgeable overall, they each have a specialty which makes the best combination customized specifically for you.
