I have been a customer of theirs for years since I was 17 - and they've always been really professional with me. I wished they had more options and more skill in complicated designs - I definitely challenge them and I'm always pleasantly surprised. Now it's not perfect but the nails do come out cute. Over the years I notice that they get better at what they do. I personally don't relate to the negative reviews.

Update review 5/7/22I went in there, there were 4 people waiting when me & my friend came in. They work fast, they took care of us quick & the person doing our manicure was super fast. We were out of there in no time.I had the no chip "mood" nail polish!!!It is awesome!!!This is the 2nd time that the same girl takes care of me. (Don't know her name yet) She does an excellent job with my pedicure. She is gentle, very careful and patience. She does a great job!

Today I tried out this shop on google it says it opens at 10am, they didn’t arrive until 10-15 mins after. When we (the other ppl waiting ahead of me) came in the asked who needs what in the ordered we arrived, cool that was easy. I got a full set long no cut. Honestly I felt he didn’t wanna do my long set because he was asking was I sure. Even with me feeling that way he really took his time applying my acrylic and my shape. I wanted a bling out nails (2) he didn’t really wanna bling the whole do to limit supplies. Overall my experience was good I just wish they opened on time. I’m going to go back for a polish change soon.
