Imperial Nails LLC is a business with many long-term customers, some patronizing it for over 17 years. The owners have maintained their business consistently. They do amazing work with reasonable prices and are polite, professional, and work fast to ensure customers are happy and satisfied. While some wish for more design options, customers are often pleasantly surprised by the cute results and note the technicians' improving skill over the years. Specific services like the no-chip "mood" nail polish are praised. Technicians are described as gentle, careful, patient, and excellent at their job, providing great manicures and pedicures.
I have been a customer of theirs for years since I was 17 - and they've always been really professional with me. I wished they had more options and more skill in complicated designs - I definitely challenge them and I'm always pleasantly surprised. Now it's not perfect but the nails do come out cute. Over the years I notice that they get better at what they do. I personally don't relate to the negative reviews.
Update review 5/7/22I went in there, there were 4 people waiting when me & my friend came in. They work fast, they took care of us quick & the person doing our manicure was super fast. We were out of there in no time.I had the no chip "mood" nail polish!!!It is awesome!!!This is the 2nd time that the same girl takes care of me. (Don't know her name yet) She does an excellent job with my pedicure. She is gentle, very careful and patience. She does a great job!
I have been going here for about 5 years! I've tried other places but always end up coming back here! Mike and his wife who own the place are very pleasant and have been taking the necessary precautions to keep their staff and customers safe. Tom is who I go to for my acrylics and he does an amazing job!
