John is an exceptional architect and just a great person in general! He took over a project I have had trouble getting off the ground for many years. He came up with some design ideas and walked us through all the details. We submitted for a permit a month later! Even the county and carpenters committed how detailed and precise the drawing were, which helped us obtain a permit quickly.
