Since I have been a patient since 1968 when it was just a small office on Milwaukee Avenue in Chicago before Dr. Sullivan and Dr. Ostoich even became part of the practice I think speaks for itself. The whole staff is very pleasant to work with very accommodating makes you feel very comfortable my in-laws myself, and my children have all been patient there and I will continue to do so, I travel an hour plus to these appointments because I have complete faith and trust in them.
With a eye lid drooping, red and sore, I called and was scheduled within two hours. A new young lady, Dr. DeLuca saw me, did an examination, and explained the reasons for the problem. She then called in a prescription and gave me clear instructions on how to treat the eye. Both my wife and I were very impressed with her and are happy we have been patients of this clinic for many years.
I’ve been going to this office for several years. Professional, friendly and helpful staff. I’ve been seeing Dr. Shelus for my eye care needs, also for several years. She is extremely friendly and patient. Dr. Shelus takes the time to thoroughly explain any situation you maybe dealing with. She also takes time to ask about you and genuinely cares. I have leaned more about my eyes, eye function and health from her than any other eye care specialist I’ve had in the past.
