So happy I found Dr Jacobson. He makes my anxious dog feel more comfortable. He explains everything with great detail. He takes his time and doesn’t rush. He performed surgery on both of my dogs and I knew they were in great hands. I have referred family and friends to bring there fur babies to Dr Jacobson. ???
I’ve had great experiences with the vet himself—he’s friendly, professional, and clearly cares about his patients. The facilities are clean, and most of the staff is welcoming and helpful. However, I have to agree with other reviews regarding the front desk woman. Unfortunately, she’s consistently rude and dismissive, both in person and over the phone. It’s especially upsetting when I’m calling because my dog is sick, and her attitude comes across as uninterested and unhelpful. It genuinely makes what should be a supportive environment feel cold and frustrating.
If it weren’t for her, I’d easily give 5 stars and wholeheartedly recommend... read full review
I've been taking my dog Bublik here for years, I really like Dr. Jon, he's professional and it's obvious that he loves animals, which is so important in this field. I highly recommend this place
