My happiest place! Jen is very knowledgeable and super professional. I come to see Jen once a months and my body always so thankful. She always asks how I feel and what concerns I have and then she mostly focuses on painful areas. Her office is so clean and comfortable, I always fall asleep and fully relax. Much love and 100% recommend!

I've had over 15 sessions with Jen so far. Absolutely amazing!I've been trying multiple spas before I found this one. Truly relaxing atmosphere. Jen is very professional, detail oriented and genuinely caring person. Highly recommended!

I just had my first massage with Jen and it was amazing! I have not felt that relaxed in a long time. It was like she knew exactly where I hurt. Her office is clean and decorated so nice. The atmosphere was calm and peaceful. I already scheduled my next appointment. I can't say enough good things!

Journey to Wellness is a massage and energy therapeutics practice located in Hoffman Estates, IL. Owner and practitioner, Jennifer Dexheimer, has over 22 years of massage experience. She graduated from the Massage Therapy Program at the National University of Health Sciences, where she also later served as a researcher and instructor for many years. She supports research, education, and community service in the field and has previously served as a volunteer and Trustee for the Massage Therapy Foundation. Jennifer's treatment style focuses on breaking the pain-stress cycle. She works with patient's who have a variety of injuries and health conditions, offering customized sessions lasting 60-90 minutes based on patient need and preference.
