I visited the Hoffman Estates clinic and one of the Tech's name Michael who use to be at the Elgin facility greeted me with warmth and a big smile. He has always been so personable and very good at what he does. He shows a lot of compassion for us Veterans. Keep up the good work Michael. Sincerely, David Soeder
I started using this facility last year. So far I’m very pleased with each visit. Place is clean and has very friendly staff and doctors and most of all the location is very convenient; ample parking too.
Professionalism and compassion go hand in hand at the clinic.
I have always been treated with kindness and respect. The staff from the front desk to the medical personnel are the best. My physician is one of the best I have encountered in civilian or veteran oriented care.
I would rather go here than anywhere else.
