Customers appreciate the quality of haircuts and the relaxing atmosphere during services. One reviewer highlighted a successful haircut and color treatment, mentioning excellent customer service and a pleasing result. However, experiences can vary, as one customer reported an uneven haircut for their son, which left them disappointed. Overall, Great Clips is recognized for its talented staff and welcoming environment, making it a popular choice for hair care needs.
I have been to this location several times for my kids’ haircuts and the experience has been mostly positive. There is, however, one stylist who could be kinder with children, as she has now twice been a bit insulting to both me and my daughter about how to take care of my daughter’s hair. The first time, I let it slide and considered it a one-off, but now that it has happened a second time, I likely will be requesting a different stylist in the future.
Lupe did a fantastic job, I got a new haircut style and was nervous about it. She took her time, explained all questions I had, and she truly wanted me to love it. I found my new favorite stylist!!Price: $25
It’s hit or miss at this place. This last time was a miss, my son’s cut was much shorter on left side than right side. Nothing can be done to fix short of shaving it all off. We will just have to wait for it to grow out.Service: Haircut
