I have been going to Global Optical since they opened and have never been disappointed! Carol is most helpful and explains all my options so I am comfortable with my choice. I always find a cute set of frames too!

I’ve been a loyal customer of Global Optical for the past 20 years, and I can’t thank Carol enough for her exceptional customer service. She goes above and beyond to make sure I get the best possible care and maximize my insurance benefits. Even though I moved out of state, I still make sure to come back to Global Optical whenever I’m in town for my eye exams and other services.

Mrs. Carol has been serving all my family’s needs for a very long time. Despite I moved away, I always drive there to get my exams and get my contacts. Carol is a wonderful and compassionate person! We love her ? She goes above and beyond to service everyone’s needs. I don’t understand the negative reviews. She shipped glasses to my brother all the way to Canada after he moved there. She shipped me spare contacts when I needed them. I highly recommend this place and their services.
