Great customer service. I called Ensure 4 years ago when my AC unit broke down. Luke came out on the short notice and fixed it quickly. This year my unit needed to be serviced again. I called Ensure, and they were at my house the very next morning. Very professional, polite and great customer service at reasonable prices. I would highly recommend!!!

If there were 10 stars, I would give this company 10 stars! I had serious issues with my furnace and air conditioning units both. Not only did Luke come out or send one of his crew out on the very same day, he addressed my issues instantly. He gave me options of what my, next steps would be. After discussing everything and thinking about it for a day, I made my choice and chose to replace both furnace and my air conditioning unit as they were past their prime. Luke continued his excellent service and rushed to get the installations done before the heat set in again. He got everything accomplished in one full day and his crew was fantastic as well.
