I wish I could give zero stars.... This is the biggest waste of money. I came here for laser treatments for two areas and I have just as much hair as I started with. I never saw results and told the technicians about this. I started at GLO Laser and Spa and then I beleive they were bought out by Apex. The technicians were never the same, I was helped by someone different every time, because even the employees couldn't stand this place. They were extremely unorganized and constantly lost paperwork like a copy of my drivers license, how many visits I've had, even my payment conformation!! Please please PLEASE go somewhere else... worst experience of my life.

Absolutely the worst place ever! Cancelled so many of my appointments, Never gave a call back, kept making up excuses, they wouldn't even give a prior 1 week notice or anything! If it was possible I would give this a 0 star! DONT waste your time and money... read full review
