I had an Amazing experience! The staff and doctor where so amazing and so helpful! My wait time wasn't long at all. I was able to pick out my frame with ease. My glasses were ready within a week and perfect! I recommend this place! excellent job!
I have visited several times for selecting frames and lenses, making adjustments, and picking up my glasses. On each occasion, I had the pleasure of working with Ms. Rosa. She consistently provided outstanding service and created a highly positive experience. Her patience, helpfulness, and willingness to assist were truly commendable.
George was amazing! I was in a family emergency situation.. Dr. Gertz was out of town trying to enjoy vacation and George was able to contact her so I could receive an emergency pair of contact lenses! Can’t speak highly enough of George and Dr Gertz! Loyalty is hard to come by and both of them exemplify “loyalty” to its highest degree!
