I love Dr. Cara. She is extremely educated and knowledgeable on so many levels. She saved me from the brink of the worst health I had ever been in in my life. After going to multiple doctors and hospitals and through many tests she was the only one that brought me back. —My physical and mental health. Therapeutic Health has been my safe haven during my second pregnancy! The cupping, prenatal massages, and chiropractic work have helped me maintain a safe, high level of exercise while pregnant. But more importantly every time I leave Therapeutic Health and Dr. Cara, I am mentally refreshed and focused on how amazing our bodies truly are. Thank you Dr. Cara for spending time with me, being patient with all my questions, and truly individualizing my care. Highly recommended!
