I've been seeing Dr. P for over a year and he is fantastic. He listens to me and has always been willing to make changes to my medications. My only issue is with reception, as they have given me problems with me making my out of pocket payments.

I would always receive a bill in the mail for my recent visits and I would pay it online with my bank. One day, I came into the clinic for an appointment and she told me I needed to make my payment right then and there. I have been going to Dr. Pandian for about 3 years and the experience has been extremely consistent. He elaborates his thoughts and ideas very well to ensure that you understand exactly what he is saying or planning. You can tell how much he cares about not only this field, but also his patients. I personally have never had an issue with the front desk and have only had very friendly/genuine encounters. Keep up the phenomenal work.
