Danny his the dude after 6 hours of back and forth with johnstone I went to munch instead and was in and out in 15 minutes WITH THR RIGHT PART
DO NOT GO TO The JOHNSTONE down the street.came in to get a gas valve they gave me a different gas valve telling me it would work.i went and replaced it they did not work.i thought maybe it was just a bad gas valve so i went and got another one.still didn’t work.i went back to return it because they gave me the wrong gas valve.when i went back the guy at the very first computer was telling me i am wrong.I verified...read full review
There supervisor are very reliable and supportive with issues that retains to the parts needed. Had a issue with Elgin location because they didn’t want to take the parts back because I bought them from another location but same supplier.
