Had my cat spayed and shots! Very helpful with after care eased all my concerns over my little baby! She is home and getting back to her old self. Great prices and friendly caring staff.
Unfortunately we came to Probst to have our 16 year old dog put down due to her not being able to stand or walk any longer. They were very polite but what did bother me is that not ONE PERSON questioned why we were doing so. Nobody asked any questions. To me that isn’t normal. I would hope they wouldn’t do this for all that ask for their animals to be put down and hopefully that person isn’t doing it just to get rid of the animal. I know we made the right decision for our fur baby that I’ve had for her entire life but Probst, PLEASE ask questions! I had one of my babies put to rest here, and they were absolutely amazing with us. This was the most traumatic thing our family has ever been through! We are just so grateful for how they dealt with us from beginning to end. I want to take our other baby here to be fixed, but I have tried calling the last 2 days, and all I get is a busy signal. Does anyone know another way to contact them, besides their posted phone number??
