She has a wealth of knowledge, not only about hair, but about natural products and practices as well. She cares about her customers and wants to give them the best deals on products. She is also happy to give customers samples of products to try before committing to buying. She also cuts my daughter’s curly mixed hair and does such a great job with her too. Not everyone can cut curly hair well, but Karen does.“
