We recently had flooring put in our living room, hall and master bedroom. Two elements are being reviewed here. #1 the Salesperson and #2 the installation. First the Salesperson. Her name is Debbie and from the first encounter, she exceeded every expectation, She listened as we explained our needs and wants. She confirmed everything we were concerned about and proceeded to use her years of product knowledge to present alternatives, all the while staring down the face of a quote from a "Big Box" store. It took her a trip to measure the area for herself to provide us a competitive quote on a superior product to be installed by a local company that we could support with our business. Secondly was the installation. The installer, Mike was as professional, a craftsman in his trade as competent as I have ever seen. He went out of his way to accommodate and work WITH us to accomplish our mutual goals of a finely installed floor with minimal disturbance to our lives. The fine assistants that he had with him, Randy and Ryan, were friendly, patient and professional as they and Mike seem to read each others mind as they work together. Special little things show signs of deeper commitments as Randy went to his truck to obtain a tool, noticed the UPS delivery driver had left a large box on our porch and than Randy offered to carry it in for us. I can promise anyone looking for a truly professional experience, you need to put Torbits on your consideration list. They are at the top of our flooring consideration list, a list that is one business long!

Just had them put new flooring in my entire house! Great team of people!
