I've been going to this place for a few months now. The staff seems very nice to me every time I've been there, but every single time I need to make a call to schedule something or get information, I'm caller number 25. I can take a shower, cook a meal, work out, and play a couple online matches of Tekken by the time my call went through for someone to answer. If there were other options for my carpal tunnel surgery, I'd take it, but there isn't anything else around here.
